Hibari Kyoya

Character's age: 17
Race (Human/Vampire/Half-Vampire/Clan Hunter/Family Born Hunter/Independent Hunter): Half Vampire
Ability (applies to half vampires and vampires only): Cloud Ability: While it does not manifest itself in a physical form this ability allows Hibari to walk his own path. It often appears in his strong and unrelenting will to be free and that often makes it difficult for anyone to capture him for long.
Character Personality: To say Hibari has a strong will would be an understatement and he is happy to prove that to any unbelievers. He is quick to fight, more often then not it is a trespasser on his grounds. The Half vampire lives by the motto: kill them now and ask questions later. He has strong distaste for the weak and will go out of his way to often crush them under his police batons.
However, Hibari is not a total sadist and does have a few weak spots in that callous exterior. He loves the city he lives in and will do anything to keep the peace. (Even “ask” for protection money from the shop keepers to keep the hoodlums away.) Hibari also loves his old middle school anthem and you can often hear it on his cell phone or his pet bird singing it.
Character Description:Hibari is average for his age standing at about 5’10. His limbs are long and lanky but they are encased by lean muscle. His body was built for both strength and speed (in a human sense) and something he gladly abuses when he fights. The color of his hair is jet black and he often appears to have a bad case of bed head. (However no one dares to mention that, at least where he can hear them) His eyes are like cold onyx stone and for the most part they appear lifeless until something sparks his interests. When something does catch his interests (like a good fight, or he is taking too much joy in being a sadist) they turn to a cloudy storm color blue.
Character Bio/History:There is not much known about Hibari’s past; it is as if he came to the City riding with the morning mist and as mist retreated for the day Hibari stayed behind. For many years Hibari passed as human, slowly gaining power and a fearsome reputation as a fighter. This of course is something Hibari takes great pride in and it is evident his arrogant attitude. He is known for fighting anyone strong as if to prove his own strength and worth.
During his middle school years he created the “The City’s Discipline Committee.” He did this to secure order in his beloved city, (and gain more rights of being a sadist) and protect the peace. Yet, Hibari has no to little interests in the raging battles between the Vampires and the Hunters, as long as they keep it quite and mass destruction to a minimum. To destroy any part of his city is to incur the wrath of Hibari Kyoya which for most is never a good thing to do. One can often find him roaming the city looking for someone to bite to death.
